Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with XRCC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC4-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC4 results are reported.
