Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRCC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,644 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of phospholipid translocation, Positive regulation of phospholipid translocation, and Positive regulation of ligase activity. Each is linked with XRCC4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC4-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC4 results are reported.
