XRCC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,941 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRT, CHTF18, and KRI1. Each is linked with XRCC3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC3 versus SRRT in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
