XRCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,514 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, XRCC1_S447, and LIG1. Each is linked with XRCC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC1 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
