XRCC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF576, ZNF830, and CYTH4. Each is linked with XRCC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XRCC1 versus ZNF576 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
