XRCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XRCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP467, RNU7-12P, and OR5J7P. Each is linked with XRCC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP467 grouped by XRCC1-low versus XRCC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
