Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,437 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XRCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of base-excision repair, Telomeric DNA-containing double minutes formation, and Regulation of protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere. Each is linked with XRCC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of base-excision repair grouped by XRCC1-low versus XRCC1-high in STOMACH.
