Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XPR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XPR1 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher XPR1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XPR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, KIRP, and COAD are the cancer types where XPR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
