Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,863 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIDINS220, KIDINS220_S918, and PMVK. Each is linked with XPR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPR1-to-partner and partner-to-XPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPR1 versus KIDINS220 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
