Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,854 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT2, TXLNB, and PLS3. Each is linked with XPR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPR1-to-partner and partner-to-XPR1 results are reported.
