Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,066 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIDINS220, DCTN2, and DCTN3. Each is linked with XPR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPR1-to-partner and partner-to-XPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPR1 versus KIDINS220 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
