Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with XPR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPR1-to-partner and partner-to-XPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by XPR1-low versus XPR1-high in UCEC.
