Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, HOXB1, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with XPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPR1-to-partner and partner-to-XPR1 results are reported.
