Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPOT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,258 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are YARS1, IARS1, and CCNT1. Each is linked with XPOT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPOT-to-partner and partner-to-XPOT results are reported.
