XPO5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC1, HES3, and CA5A. Each is linked with XPO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO5-to-partner and partner-to-XPO5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC1 grouped by XPO5-low versus XPO5-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
