XPO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIS3, HMGB1, and RBM26. Each is linked with XPO4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO4-to-partner and partner-to-XPO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO4 versus DIS3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
