Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,861 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIPEP, MICU2, and SUPT20H. Each is linked with XPO4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO4-to-partner and partner-to-XPO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO4 versus MIPEP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
