Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, ASNS, and eEF2. Each is linked with XPO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO4-to-partner and partner-to-XPO4 results are reported.
