XPO4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,357 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, PPT2, and WNT10B. Each is linked with XPO4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO4-to-partner and partner-to-XPO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO4 versus FANCA in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
