The most reproducible XPNPEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD24P1, NCAPH2, and RPL31P59. Each is linked with XPNPEP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP3-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP3 results are reported.
