Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPNPEP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with XPNPEP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP3-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP3 results are reported.
