Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR504, RNU6-451P, and RNU6-1127P. Each is linked with XPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPC-to-partner and partner-to-XPC results are reported.
