Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,252 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD23B, PHF2, and P4HB. Each is linked with XPA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPA-to-partner and partner-to-XPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPA versus RAD23B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
