Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,409 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF510, ZNF189, and SECISBP2. Each is linked with XPA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPA-to-partner and partner-to-XPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPA versus ZNF510 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
