Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,022 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRCP, SMPD1, and PPP2R5B. Each is linked with XPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPA-to-partner and partner-to-XPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPA versus PRCP in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
