XKR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XKR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7D4, OR10G2, and CCNB1IP1. Each is linked with XKR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR7-to-partner and partner-to-XKR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7D4 grouped by XKR7-low versus XKR7-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
