XKR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,010 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-12P, RPL23AP82, and RNU6-1153P. Each is linked with XKR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR5-to-partner and partner-to-XKR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-12P grouped by XKR5-low versus XKR5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
