XKR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,667 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNP, IKBKE, and OR5AK3P. Each is linked with XKR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR3-to-partner and partner-to-XKR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNP grouped by XKR3-low versus XKR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
