Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,417 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, FOXM1, and KIF20A. Each is linked with XIRP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2 results are reported.
