XIRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,322 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XIRP1_S295, PPP1R18_S368, and PPP1R18_S224. Each is linked with XIRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIRP1 versus XIRP1_S295 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
