Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,682 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XIRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF4, GRIP2, and CYTH4. Each is linked with XIRP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIRP1 versus TNFSF4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
