Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XIRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, p27_pT198, and Src. Each is linked with XIRP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by XIRP1-low versus XIRP1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
