The most reproducible XIRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to chemical stress, Protein lipidation, and Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with XIRP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP1 results are reported.
