XIRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XIRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 382 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDI2, FAM187B, and OR2M2. Each is linked with XIRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP1-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IDI2 grouped by XIRP1-low versus XIRP1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
