XIAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,617 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, RPL6, and SPCS3. Each is linked with XIAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIAP-to-partner and partner-to-XIAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIAP versus PHF6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
