Across TCGA cell cohorts, XIAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,186 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with XIAP in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIAP-to-partner and partner-to-XIAP results are reported.
