XIAP-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIAP-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,433 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIAP-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM14_T206, SEC63_T537, and MAP1B_S992. Each is linked with XIAP-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIAP-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-XIAP-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIAP-AS1 versus RBM14_T206 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIAP-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIAP-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
