Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL275P, MIR4497, and MIR4779. Each is linked with XCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCL2-to-partner and partner-to-XCL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL275P grouped by XCL2-low versus XCL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
