Across TCGA cell cohorts, XCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 847 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XCL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chemokine-mediated signaling pathway, Positive regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Dihydrofolate metabolic process. Each is linked with XCL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCL2-to-partner and partner-to-XCL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chemokine-mediated signaling pathway grouped by XCL2-low versus XCL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
