XCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,990 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, ARHGAP25, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with XCL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCL1-to-partner and partner-to-XCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XCL1 versus APOL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
