Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGGF1P8, USP9YP8, and RNU6-491P. Each is linked with XBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XBP1-to-partner and partner-to-XBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGGF1P8 grouped by XBP1-low versus XBP1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
