XAGE5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAGE5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and Hepatocytes. Each is linked with XAGE5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE5-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by XAGE5-low versus XAGE5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
