XAGE5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAGE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 183 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTLN, ADAMTS16, and KIAA1549. Each is linked with XAGE5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE5-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNTLN grouped by XAGE5-low versus XAGE5-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
