XAGE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAGE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2P1P, RNU6-629P, and PINCR. Each is linked with XAGE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE3-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2P1P grouped by XAGE3-low versus XAGE3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
