Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAGE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,376 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XAGE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2L13, MYH9, and SPG11. Each is linked with XAGE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE2-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XAGE2 versus BCL2L13 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
