Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAGE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 537 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear histone mRNA catabolic process, Cellular response to folic acid, and Hippo signaling. Each is linked with XAGE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE2-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE2 results are reported.
