XACT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XACT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XACT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L2, PLXDC2, and PLXDC2_S506. Each is linked with XACT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XACT-to-partner and partner-to-XACT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XACT versus EPB41L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XACT→partner) and Y-score (partner→XACT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
