XAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,870 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YJU2, GTF2F1, and PIN1. Each is linked with XAB2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAB2-to-partner and partner-to-XAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XAB2 versus YJU2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
