XAB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F1, CDCA8, and DTL. Each is linked with XAB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAB2-to-partner and partner-to-XAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XAB2 versus E2F1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
