XAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP1, ZWINT, and UBR7. Each is linked with XAB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAB2-to-partner and partner-to-XAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP1 grouped by XAB2-low versus XAB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
